At NutraMD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Subscription Orders
NutraMD offers optional subscription plans for customer convenience. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments at the selected interval and to be charged automatically unless the subscription is modified or canceled.

Customers may modify, pause, or cancel subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle through their account or by contacting customer support
We recommend managing subscriptions at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
